Prestavest Memorial Park is accessible from the Taiping town centre via Jalan Tupai, Jalan Menteri Besar and then turning left into Kampung Aman and continuing onto Jalan Taman Semarak before reaching the Park.

For outstation visitors taking the highway, you may enter the Kamunting Toll (from the North) or Changkat Jering Toll (from the South). Thereafter, there are signboards guiding you to the Park.

The immediate surrounding is basically mixed in character comprising a Kwang Tung, Hokkien and Han Chiang cemetery ground established for more than 100 years to its north-west; a housing scheme known as Taman Semarak located adjoining its western boundary; whilst agricultural lands and the Ayer Kuning Dam are sited to the north, east and south of the Park.
